When you're researching work at home jobs, it may sometimes seem like there are no full time work from home jobs available. Maybe you're only finding part-time remote work, independent contractor opportunities, or little “side gigs” that only amount to some extra gas money each week.
And while I do frequently share info on these sorts of opportunities, I understand not all of you want that. Some of you need more hours!
So, with you full-time job seekers in mind, I've put together a list of full time work from home jobs that promise more hours, the convenience of working from your home, and (in some cases) benefits and employee status.
I've broken it all down by category as well so it's easier to narrow down to the types of opportunities you're searching for. I've also included salary information where I could find it.
To reduce the likelihood of broken links, in most cases, I've linked directly to the company's hiring/jobs pages.
Sometimes links to specific jobs break even though the company hires repeatedly for the same positions. So all you'd need to do is locate the job title I've mentioned on the company's hiring page and then click through to read the full description and apply.
If you happen upon a job that is actually NOT open now, just check back later. While all these jobs were open at the time of this blog post being published, I of course cannot guarantee they will stay that way.
One thing to keep in mind – most full time work from home jobs tend to be telephone-based positions. This list changes periodically, and at times you might find quite a bit of variety in the jobs available, but in many cases it will be dominated by call center jobs, especially customer service.

Customer Support Jobs
Sitel – Customer Service Agents. Hiring in most US states. Must have prior experience in customer service and sales, as well as a quiet workspace with a Windows PC and approved headset. Work is 31-40 hours per week with set schedules. Pay ranges $10 – $13 / hour + benefits for full time employees.
ModSquad – While this company is best known in work at home circles for their contract jobs, they have occasional customer support associate positions available that are full-time. This is non-phone because you answer queries via email and chat. The position listed currently says you must be in or near Richmond, VA. On Glassdoor, the customer support jobs are listed as paying around $13 hourly.
Full Creative – Has openings for remote legal service associates in Oregon. Full-time, requiring you to work from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Pacific time, Monday through Friday.
Home Captain – Has full time work from home jobs for client service reps. Must have a bachelor's degree and past real estate or mortgage experience.
Nox Solutions – Hires full-time customer support reps to provide support and also post content. Benefits available. Familiarity with image and audio editing is required.
Convergys/Concentrix – Hires full-time, work at home employees for several different positions in multiple US states. Offers benefits. Some of the lower-end jobs pay around $10 hourly.
Enterprise – This popular rental car company hires work at home reservation reps in many US cities, and they offer full-time hours. Pay is $13 hourly.
Sykes – Frequently has full-time customer service jobs available, open nationwide. They also have bilingual customer service positions available as well. According to Glassdoor, Sykes customer service jobs pay around $10 hourly.
Capital One – Has full-time openings for customer service reps. Currently they have work at home openings for a number of states, including Virginia, Texas, Maine, Minnesota, and others. The states they're hiring in change frequently, so be sure to check even if you're not listed.
Crossover – Hires full-time call center “concierges” to work at home. Pays $10 hourly. Long-term employment. You get 40 hours per week.
VIPdesk Connect – Beauty and skin care customer care reps. US. Will need 3 years experience in customer service or retail. Salary isn't listed but according to SimplyHired it pays $27k-$37k per year.
Back Office Betties – Bilingual English/Spanish legal intake specialists. Must live in Arizona, Nevada, Texas, or Florida. Company will train. 1 year experience in intake or related field. $16.50 per hour plus bonus opportunities. Benefits package.
The Chat Shop – Remote booking agents. Tennessee, Georgia, and Texas. Some phone experience required, booking or leasing experience an advantage. Salary starts at $11.90 per hour. Full time hours available, but optional.
Amazon – Seller Support Associates. AZ, WA, MN, ND. 6+ months prior customer service experience preferred, MS Office proficiency required. Strong computer skills are also a must. According to Glassdoor, pay might be around $17 / hour.
TaxJar – Service Desk Analysts. Anywhere in the US. 1+ years experience in a customer service/helpdesk role supporting software, as well as strong communication/customer service skills. Salary is unknown.
Crossover For Work – Customer Support Agents. Anywhere in the US. College degree, strong English skills and a quiet work environment with speedy internet are all required. According to Glassdoor, pay should be around $14 – $16 / hour.
Berkshire Hills Bancorp – Call Center Reps. Anywhere in the US. 3+ years of banking experience required, as well as MS Office proficiency and strong communication skills. According to Glassdoor, pay might be around $15 – $17 / hour.
Service800 – Customer Service Reps. FL, IA, MN, ND, SD, TX, & WI. Also hiring in Asia, South America, and Europe. Must be fluent in English, with prior customer service experience and basic computer knowledge. You'll need a quiet workspace with a speedy, wired internet connection. Pay is $10 / hour + full benefits package. Full time hours available, but apparently not mandatory.
WHOOP – Member Services Rep. Anywhere in the US. Review emails, identify client needs, and resolve issues. Must have a proven track record of troubleshooting problems, and resolving or escalating issues as needed. Excellent communication skills are a must. Salary is unknown.
Sendwave – Customer Support Reps. US & Canada. 2+ years customer support experience and some call center experience required, as well as availability to work a flexible full time schedule. Salary varies based on experience.
Emsisoft – Support Agents. Anywhere in the US. Must be a native English speaker with 3+ years customer support experience. You'll also need excellent written and verbal communication skills. Salary is unknown. I included this even though it's not 100% clear in the description that this is a full time position. They mention something about long-term, full time career opportunity, but also describe the hours as “flexible.” Seems worth checking out for those looking for full time work.
DISH Network – Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Experience Reps. Several US states. Must be fluent in English and Spanish. 6+ months of customer service/troubleshooting experience required. Quiet workspace and speedy, wired internet are also a must. Salary varies by state, includes benefits.
Glooko – Customer Support Specialists. Anywhere in the US. 1+ years experience supporting a software product required, as well as excellent problem solving skills. Healthcare/medical experience and/or experience using tools such as Zoom, Zendesk etc is a plus. Salary is unknown, but it does say they provide benefits. It appears that full time hours are available for this job, but it's not absolutely clear that they're mandatory.
Keywords Studios – Tech Support Agents. Anywhere in the US. This is a contract position. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required, as well as a passion for gaming and prior customer support experience. You'll also need strong computer knowledge and experience using CRMs. Salary is unknown.
Moderation/Social, & Community Management Jobs
Trafilea – Social media strategists. Global. 3 years experience in social media management or branding with strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. Salary is not listed but great benefits and vacation packages plus performance bonuses
Virtual Assistant Jobs
Pearl Interactive Network – Administrative Assistant. Anywhere in the US. 5+ years administrative assistant experience required, as well as MS Office proficiency and 40+ WPM. According to Glassdoor, pay might be around $29K – $32K / year.
Sales Jobs
Hear.com – Hires remote inside sales reps to work at home. They offer a $33K base salary plus commission. Must have past sales experience, and you may need to be located in Denver, CO, Tuscon, AZ, Coral Gables, FL, Miami, FL, Reno, NV, or Salt Lake City, UT. Benefits offered.
Tech Support Jobs
KellyConnect – Technical Support Advisors. Anywhere in the US. Must have 6+ months customer service experience and a quiet workspce. Strong written and verbal communication skills required, as well as tech savvy and availability to work weekends, evenings and holidays. Pay starts at $13.50, with an increase up to $14.50 after 90 days.
Online Teaching, Tutoring, and Education Related Jobs
Amplify Education – Enrollment Specialists. Anywhere in the US. Bachelor's degree and 3+ years experience providing support in a IT/Help Desk Support environment required, as well as experience using MS Office suite, Google Apps, Intercom, Clever. Salary is unknown.
Writing & Editing Jobs
WebFX – Has full time work from home jobs for copy editors. The compensation is listed at $31K to $37K per year, possibly higher if you have a lot of past experience. I've linked to their page here for the sake of clarity, but, as of now, the best place to find their jobs listings is on their Glassdoor profile page, here.
Dexerto – Gaming Writers. Anywhere in the US. Must be knowledgeable about esports and gaming, with some Photoshop experience and great writing skills. SEO knowledge is beneficial, but not required. Salary is unknown.
Awesome Motive – Content Writer. Global. Must have understanding of advanced WordPress, image editing, some html. Ability to create engaging content that is clean and that follows the company guidelines. Benefits for full time employees. Salary is not listed but according to Glassdoor it is around $55k for full time. Full time hours are optional, but you have to be available every day during business hours at the very least.
Cactus – Full time and freelance openings for experienced editors and writers. They have a number of openings in different fields, and each has their own specific pay scale and experience requirements.
Independence University – Content Editors. Anywhere in the US. Bachelor's degree in English, Writing or other related field required, as well as 2+ years professional experience in creative writing, technical writing, or business writing. Salary is unknown.
